I moved to Diseworth 28 years ago with my family. I taught in the village school, and helped to set up the PTA which later became FODS. I was chairman of the Village Hall Committee for some years and chairman of the Women's Institute Group in the village.

I have always had a keen interest in what goes on in the village and it was a natural progression to become a member of the Parish Council, which I joined over 10 years ago.

I am interested in gardening, scuba-diving and my grandkids.
